Welcome to RankRafter. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankRafter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

RankRafter provides SEO tools and content optimization services. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Plans and Payment

RankRafter has a Free plan and paid plans. The current plans, their prices and what each includes are listed on our pricing page.

• A paid plan is bought for one workspace and covers a fixed period of one month or twelve months, starting on the day you pay.
• You pay once, in advance. Nothing renews on its own and we do not keep your card to charge it later. We email you before a plan ends, and you decide whether to buy another.
• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details. Any tax, currency conversion or bank fee your card issuer adds is yours to pay.
• If you buy a higher plan while a lower one is running, the higher plan starts immediately at its full price. Time left on the lower plan is not refunded or credited, and applies again if any is left when the higher plan ends.
• When a paid plan ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan. Nothing you wrote or published is removed.

5. Usage Limits and Top-Up Credits

Each plan includes a number of articles a month. On the Free plan the month is the calendar month. On a paid plan it runs from the day you bought it. Unused articles do not carry over to the next month.

Top-up credits let you generate articles beyond your plan's monthly allowance. Credits belong to the workspace they were bought for, are used only after the monthly allowance runs out, and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

We may change prices and plan limits for future purchases. A change never alters a plan or credits you have already paid for.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends on its end date. You can stop using RankRafter at any time.

• If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or you paid and your plan or credits were not added, contact us and we will correct it or refund the payment in full.
• For any other reason, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of a purchase, provided no articles have been generated on that plan and none of those credits have been used. After that, or once a purchase has been used, payments are not refundable.
• A refund is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. It usually arrives within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
• A refunded plan ends on the day of the refund, and refunded credits are removed from the workspace.

To ask for a refund, email support@rankrafter.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on RankRafter are the exclusive property of RankRafter and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankRafter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankRafter operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
